You authorize all the educators, employers and references listed in your resume to furnish ARPU with information regarding your education, employment or any other matter related to your application for employment with ARPU. We will not contact your current employer without permission. Further, we will not use the information contained in your resume for any purpose other than to evaluate your qualifications.
Exceptional Circumstances
ARPU, Inc. may, in its discretion, disclose personal information when required by law, when requested pursuant to a subpoena or warrant, when ARPU, Inc. has a good faith belief that such information has been requested by a law enforcement agency, or in the good-faith belief that such action is otherwise necessary to avoid legal liability.
