We will not contact your current employer without permission. Further, we will not use the information contained in your resume for any purpose other than to evaluate your qualifications.

- ARPU, Inc. may, in its discretion, disclose personal information when required by law, when requested pursuant to a subpoena or warrant, when ARPU, Inc. has a good faith belief that such information has been requested by a law enforcement agency, or in the good-faith belief that such action is otherwise necessary to avoid legal liability.
